At the centre of the front sits the 28 mm Esotar3 soft-dome tweeter, with neodymium magnet and Hexis inner dome; it is joined by two 15 cm MSP midranges with Horizon surround and two 23 cm NeoTec MSP woofers, with neodymium magnets and copper voice coils.

All the drive units work within the DDC (Dynaudio Directivity Control) platform, which concentrates the output into a narrow vertical beam to limit floor and ceiling reflections, leaving the stage wide horizontally. The key element is the DDC Lens, a waveguide machined from aluminium and set into the Compex composite front. The reflex port points downwards.

Technical features

Passive 3-way speaker, bass reflex with downward port

28 mm Esotar3 tweeter, two 15 cm MSP midranges with Horizon, two 23 cm MSP woofers

Sensitivity: 87 dB (2.83 V/1 m)

Nominal impedance 4 Ohm, minimum 3.7 Ohm at 71 Hz

IEC long-term power handling: 600 W

Frequency response: from 29 Hz to 22 kHz (+/- 3 dB)

Dimensions: 271 x 1634 x 469 mm (W x H x D), weight 66.2 kg each

Available versions

Sold as a pair, in the finishes Midnight High Gloss, Smoke High Gloss and Blonde Wood.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0615/5278/7645/files/dynaudio-confidence-60-midnight-high-gloss-tre-quarti.jpg?v=1791483601
