The 300 mm (12 inch) woofer has a glass fibre cone and is driven by a 500 W class D amplifier, a combination chosen to bring together power, depth and precision in the reproduction of low frequencies.

The internal structure follows the laminar labyrinth design shared across the range, which keeps the noise generated by the port to a minimum. An internal DSP reinforces the lowest frequencies while keeping the response linear. The phase, cut-off frequency and LFE adjustments make it possible to integrate the subwoofer both in a home cinema setup and in a stereo system. The subwoofer is sold singly, in a Black finish.

Technical features

Type: active subwoofer

Drive unit: 300 mm (12 inch), glass fibre cone

Amplification: class D, 500 W

Internal structure: laminar labyrinth, against port noise

DSP: internal, with a +3 dB boost at 28 Hz

Adjustments: phase, cut-off frequency, LFE

Use: home cinema and stereo, in medium and large rooms
