The declared goals are a very extended frequency response, crisp transients in the treble, dynamics and richness of detail, together with fidelity to the source and clean tracking.

The stylus is a nude diamond with a Shibata profile, fitted to a boron cantilever; the generator uses a neodymium magnet with a permendur yoke and coils of pure PCOCC copper, obtained by Ohno continuous casting. The aluminium body has threaded holes: two screws, with no nuts, are enough to fix it to a headshell or to an arm with an integral shell. The output is 0.4 mV and the recommended load is at least 100 Ohm.

Technical features

Type: stereo dual moving-coil (MC)

Stylus: nude Shibata

Cantilever: boron

Output voltage: 0.4 mV

Frequency response: from 20 to 35,000 Hz

Tracking force: from 1.8 to 2.2 g

Recommended load: 100 Ohm or higher

Internal impedance: 12 Ohm

Weight: 7.3 g

Available versions

Sold as a single unit.
