Canor Hyperion P1

Zero-feedback class A valve preamplifier with four XLR and five RCA inputs.

Hyperion P1: the design

In the Hyperion P1 the volume potentiometer is enclosed in a 10 mm thick aluminium box and galvanically isolated by optical drivers. The circuits are mounted on anti-vibration pillars and a 10 mm aluminium partition separates the analogue section from the power supply.

Canor is a Slovak manufacturer based in Prešov. Many of its components share the proprietary CMT technology for the circuit boards and a solid aluminium chassis designed to stop vibration.
