The Pulse Flex 2i is the compact version of the Pulse 2i, easier to place in small rooms and with the possibility (thanks to the optional BP100 battery pack) of outdoor use with an autonomy of about 6 hours. Amplified streaming player (with a 25 watt Direct Digital type power section) with integrated two-way system with 89 mm woofer and 25 mm tweeter.
Streaming player compatible with the major audio formats currently used, especially MQA, MP3, AAC, WMA, OGG, WMA-L, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, with resolution up to 24bit/192kHz thanks to the integrated DAC with structure Delta-Sigma. Pulse Flex 2i, like all Bluesound products, is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Vista, 7, 8, Apple OSX operating systems; Free desktop apps and apps for Android, Kindle, and iOS are available.

The 2i generation brings with it new and important technical features that further characterize Bluesound products, with better wireless performance and increasingly hi-fi sound reproduction. Support for AirPlay2 (available with the next software update), so you can stream directly and easily from Apple's fixed and mobile devices to Bluesound components. AirPlay2 also allows voice control with Siri. Bluetooth now uses the aptX codec for handling 24bit/48kHz wireless HD audio. Dual-band Wi-Fi generation 5 (802.11ac) with faster and more stable connection. BluOS proprietary software version 3.0 with general improvements in performance and technical characteristics.
