AudioQuest Diamond (Turntable / Tonearm)
Maximum transparency for the phono signal
AudioQuest Diamond is a dedicated turntable-to-phono preamplifier cable designed to preserve vinyl's most delicate micro-information. Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) conductors reduce harshness and enhance detail, while FEP Air-Tube insulation helps maintain attack, dynamics, and soundstage. It's the ideal choice when you want a marked upgrade in naturalness, focus, and background silence.
Noise control and timbral coherence
The Diamond works to limit high-frequency interference and spurious noise thanks to the Carbon-Based Multi-Layer Noise-Dissipation system, so the phono signal remains cleaner and more stable. Cold-Welded terminations avoid alterations due to heat and additional materials, while Direction-Controlled conductors help maintain coherence and focus. The result: a blacker sound between notes, more open and more believable on vocals and acoustic instruments.
Perfect integration into analog reference systems
Designed for high-end systems, Diamond is suitable for both “all-phono” analog chains and hybrid systems where the turntable coexists with digital sources. Depending on the configuration of the tonearm and turntable, it can be chosen in a tonearm version ( 5-pin JIS connector → 2×RCA with ground wire ) or in a turntable version ( RCA → RCA with ground wire ), for a tidy and high-performance connection.
