AudioQuest WEL Signature Digital Coax Cables

WEL Signature Coax: digital coaxial cable in solid silver with a seven-layer shield

AudioQuest WEL Signature Coax is a coaxial cable for digital audio with solid conductors in Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS). The single wire avoids any electrical or magnetic interplay from strand to strand, while the quality of the silver limits distortion at grain boundaries and makes RF noise dissipation linear.

Shielding and insulation

The seven-layer Noise-Dissipation System, with metal and carbon-loaded synthetics and three times the EMI absorption, holds back most radio-frequency interference before it gets to the ground plane of the components. Hard-Cell Foam insulation, a rigid foam with nitrogen, absorbs little energy and keeps the impedance stable.
