Motorised TV lift concealed under the bed
UBL is a Future Automation mechanism that keeps a flat screen beneath a bed and brings it up when wanted, so the bed end needs no cabinet.
When closed, both screen and mechanism sit fully out of sight below the bed. The lift arrives as a completely assembled unit, ready for integration, with no assembly left to the installer. It takes screens from 37" to 55" and is for indoor use; Future Automation indicates it for residential installations.
Key features
- For screens from 37" to 55"
- Largest screen accepted: 800 x 1250 x 70 mm (height x width x depth)
- Screen weight up to 40 kg
- Nearly silent motor, 50 dB declared
- Integrated cable chain that keeps the cables safely stowed
- Black painted finish, RAL 9005, with custom finishes possible
Available versions
UBL has no flap and needs a minimum height of 255 mm. UBL-EBF adds a motorised flap at the bed end, which opens ahead of the screen coming out and shuts once the screen is back inside; it needs at least 320 mm of height. Both versions need a minimum length of 1800 mm.
Installation
For safety, UBL has to be fixed to the floor. Where that cannot be done, the UBL-RWF kit allows fixing to the wall behind the bed.
Control and integration
The lift is controlled by RS232 and IR; contact closure and RF can be had on request. Movement is motorised.
