Description
The most compact active subwoofer in the Kube range
The KEF Kube 8 MIE is the most compact subwoofer in the Kube series, designed to enrich small Hi-Fi and Home Cinema systems with deep, precise and controlled bass. Its strength is its exceptional value for money: compact dimensions, 300 W Class D amplification and a complete set of controls for simple integration in both stereo and multichannel systems.
Music Integrity Engine® and iBX: intelligent depth
Despite the compact format, the adoption of the proprietary Music Integrity Engine® (MIE) DSP and the iBX Intelligent Bass Extension function allows dynamic extension of the low range with surprising control and cleanliness. The 8” (200 mm) woofer in a sealed enclosure ensures speed, precision and ease of placement, maintaining a coherent response even at sustained volumes.
Versatile, elegant and easy to integrate
The minimal, contemporary design fits discreetly into any room. The Kube 8 MIE offers LFE, line and high-level inputs, phase selection, an adjustable low-pass crossover and 3 DSP EQ presets to adapt to its position in the room. It is also compatible with the KEF KW1 wireless adapter (optional) for placement free from cabling constraints. Functions such as Auto wake-up, Always on and a 12 V trigger complete the feature set.
