KEF R11 Meta is the largest and highest-performing floorstanding model in the R Series, designed to deliver a powerful, detailed and deeply immersive listening experience. Born from the technological heritage of The Reference series, it incorporates advanced acoustic solutions designed to improve precision, naturalness and control. Thanks to the 12th-generation Uni-Q® with MAT™ driver array and the four 165 mm hybrid aluminium woofers, R11 Meta is able to reproduce the subtlest details of a recording with extreme clarity, while maintaining great energy, dynamics and impact in the low frequencies.
Uni-Q with MAT™ for purer, more coherent sound
The heart of the speaker is the 12th-generation Uni-Q® system, which positions the tweeter and midrange as a single acoustic source, widening the sweet spot and distributing sound more evenly in the room. Metamaterial Absorption Technology MAT™ absorbs up to 99% of the unwanted sound waves coming from the rear of the tweeter, contributing to cleaner, more natural and more transparent reproduction. The result is a wide, precise soundstage, with well-defined voices, well-separated instruments and extremely balanced performance even in complex listening rooms.
Deep bass, control and home cinema versatility
The three-way bass-reflex configuration with four low-frequency drivers ensures deep, fast and controlled bass, ideal both for stereo music listening and for high-level home cinema systems. The hybrid aluminium woofers offer greater excursion and better definition of the bass range, maintaining tightness and precision even at high volumes. The microfibre grilles, made with 1801 precision-cut holes for each driver, are designed to protect the drive units without compromising performance. Available in Black Gloss, White Gloss and Walnut finishes, KEF R11 Meta combines presence, elegance and technology in a reference floorstanding speaker.
