Pair of two-way speakers with a 200 mm woofer, built in the UK, with a walnut cabinet and stands included. Sold as a pair.
770: the design
The Mission 770 is the flagship of the series and marks the return of Mission manufacturing to the UK, in Huntingdon. The price covers the pair of speakers and the pair of matching steel stands, hand made in England and designed together with the speakers.
The 200 mm woofer has a mineral-loaded polypropylene cone, stiffer than that of the historic 770, on a die-cast chassis; cabinet and reflex port are tuned very low. The tweeter has a microfibre dome with a damped rear chamber. The crossover uses air-core inductors and polypropylene capacitors on separate boards for bass and treble. Walnut-veneered cabinet, white laminated front baffle.
