500 watts in mono or 70/100 V lines for subwoofers and distributed installations
Naim CI-NAP 101 concentrates high output into one channel, delivering 500 W into 8 ohms, 800 W into 4 ohms and dedicated 70/100 V operation.
The single Naim CI-NAP 101 is the specialised CI Series power amplifier for applications that do not need many channels but require greater output or constant-voltage distribution. Stereo RCA inputs are summed to mono and the signal can drive low-impedance loudspeakers, passive subwoofers or 70 V and 100 V lines.

One channel, but much more power than CI-NAP 108
CI-NAP 108 distributes 150 W into 8 ohms across eight independent channels; CI-NAP 101 places 500 W into one channel and rises to 800 W into 4 ohms. The choice therefore follows system topology: many zones and loudspeakers favour 108, while a subwoofer or demanding mono load can favour 101.
70/100 V for extended installations
Constant-voltage outputs allow multiple loudspeakers to be distributed along long cable runs, a common requirement in commercial and outdoor spaces. The selectable high-pass filter adapts operation to 70/100 V use, while the low-impedance output remains available for hi-fi loudspeakers and passive subwoofers.
How it joins the CI system
CI-Uniti 102 can provide source selection, streaming, HDMI, DSP and standby trigger while CI-NAP 101 handles power alone. Alternatively the amplifier can connect to an AV processor over RCA, retaining mono operation and local level control within the rack.
