Nordost QBASE QB10 Reference

Nordost QBASE QB10 Reference: 10-outlet distributor

The QBASE QB10 Reference is a reference-level mains distribution unit with 10 outlets, offered as a filter-free alternative to conditioners: it feeds the electronics without limiting current and without adding a sonic character of its own. It gathers several technologies of the QRT line in one unit.

Like the other QBASE models it is a passive distributor with star-earth topology: it separates the grounds of the connected equipment and sends eddy currents and stray voltages to a single central ground point. Inside the mechanically tuned extruded aluminium chassis there are several QSINE and QWAVE modules, an optimized version of QPOINT technology and Sort supports for resonance control.
