The Premier 520LCR V2 is a sealed three-way LCR speaker for left, centre or right duty, upright or on its side: tweeter and midrange form a coaxial unit, flanked by two 152 mm Carbon-X woofers.

LCR stands for left, centre, right: the 520LCR V2 is meant to cover all three front channels of a home cinema system with one and the same speaker, and according to the Italian distributor it can be placed either upright or lying down. The cabinet is closed, with no reflex port, and measures 21.1 × 59.4 × 30.5 cm (height, width and depth when laid flat, grille included) at 14.1 kg.
At its centre is a coaxial unit: the 25 mm tweeter, with AL-MAC ceramic dome, OSW waveguide, perforated PPA lens and ferrofluid, is mounted on the same axis as the 152 mm midrange, an AL-MAG aluminium and magnesium cone. The midrange has a 51 mm multi-layer high-temperature voice coil on an Apical former and the Dual-Sync continuous-flux motor, a patented design. On either side sit two 152 mm woofers with one-piece, very long-throw Carbon-X cones, third-generation ART, the Vertical Mounting System and a 25 mm coil on a vented Apical former.
The second-order electro-acoustic crossover hands over at 650 Hz and at 1.5 kHz. Quoted response runs from 75 Hz to 23 kHz within ±3 dB on axis and up to 20 kHz at 30° off axis, with bass extension of 50 Hz (DIN). Sensitivity is 93 dB in room and 90 dB anechoic, and the load is 8 ohm compatible; suggested amplifiers range from 15 to 120 W and maximum input power is 80 W.
