S7i-C: reference dialogue anchored to the centre of the screen
The S7i-C is the horizontal Signature centre for very large rooms, built to carry voice, music and effects at the most demanding point of the front stage.
It uses the same complement as the S7i-LR, but orientation and purpose change. Installed behind an acoustically transparent screen, it aligns dialogue with the picture and preserves tonal and dynamic continuity with the side channels.

The hardest-working channel
In cinema the centre reproduces most dialogue and much of the information shared across the front stage. The S7i-C is sized not to become the bottleneck in a system using S7i-LR speakers. Four woofers spread demand across the screen width, while high sensitivity retains headroom over substantial distances.
Horizontal for a reason
The 1036.6 mm-wide enclosure fits below or behind the central screen area. This geometry is not cosmetic differentiation: it keeps voices close to the picture without consuming vertical height. DPC Array directivity helps serve several seats with stable tonal balance.
The S-Series signature
Beryllium and Textreme TPCD combine low mass and rigidity to reproduce consonants, microdynamics and transients without harshness. Matching with other Signature models prevents tonal shifts as sounds cross the screen. The sealed back box, quick-dog mounting and paintable grille continue the installation described for the S7i-LR.
When to choose S5i-C
The S5i-C is shorter, uses two woofers and fits medium rooms or narrower screens more easily. The S7i-C becomes rational when distance, level or front-stage width need greater area and up to 600 W. Selection should follow the room: a huge centre cannot correct a low or badly off-axis position. Its broad radiating area is intended for preview rooms and expansive private theatres with distant rear seats.
