An upright belt-drive turntable in its right-handed version, for a shelf or the wall, with a phono stage and Bluetooth transmitter on board. The 8.6-inch arm and Ortofon OM 5E cartridge arrive already adjusted.
VT-E R BT: upright and wireless
Compared with the basic upright model, the VT-E R BT adds the electronics that free you from needing an amplifier with a phono input. Its internal phono stage lifts the signal to line level, while the Bluetooth 5.2 transmitter sends it to wireless speakers or headphones. The RCA outputs remain, at both phono and line level, and they work alongside the Bluetooth link, so you can listen through the system and on headphones together.
The record spins standing up, held against the platter by a clamp, and a dedicated mechanism on the arm keeps tracking correct in this position too. The letter R marks the version made for right-handed users. The deck stands by itself on a shelf, or goes on the wall using the kit packed in the box along with the Allen key.
The mechanics are simple and proven: silicone belt, a low-vibration synchronous motor fed with DC, a 300 mm MDF platter topped by a felt mat, and a stainless steel bearing. Tracking weight and anti-skating are set at the factory to suit the OM 5E, so nothing needs adjusting before the first record. The box also holds the RCA lead and the adapter for 7-inch singles.
