Stereo integrated valve amplifier with KT88s, class AB push-pull.
TRV-88XR: the design
The TRV-88XR develops the TRV-88SER: a meter on the top plate lets you set the bias without tools, and a switch allows the KT88s to be swapped for EL34s to hear the difference.
The power supply uses a large toroidal transformer and silicon-carbide Schottky diodes. The aluminium remote handles volume, mute and inputs; there is an MM phono input too.
