The Barco Hodr is a professional home cinema projector designed for high-end dedicated theaters. Based on 3-chip DLP® technology with native 4K DCI 4096 × 2160 resolution, it uses a high-power laser source to ensure stable brightness, color accuracy, and image uniformity. The three 0.9” DMDs ensure true detail and the absence of artifacts typical of single-chip systems. Thanks to its platform derived from digital cinema, it offers wide coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and support for HDR10 / HLG content, delivering an authentic cinematic image even on large screens.

Optimized brightness and contrast for dedicated rooms

The laser projection system allows the Hodr to reach up to approximately 7,500 lumens , making it suitable for installations with large screens and controlled environments. Dynamic Laser Dimming technology improves dynamic contrast scene by scene, increasing image depth and three-dimensionality. Proprietary video processing precisely manages HDR tone mapping , with 12-bit color processing and advanced scaling. Interchangeable professional TLD+ lenses guarantee installation flexibility and adaptation to different projection distances.
